Multiple deposits for multiple users cannot be placed online. When one person is paying for multiple people, we require each persons Nickname so remember to put each Nick in for each person.... and place each person as a separate order. LAN Payments must also be placed separately to component orders. If you cannot pay a deposit online with a credit/debit card you can mail paymentoptions@thefragfactory.co.uk and we may be able to help you pay another way. If you are trying to book a place at the LAN that you have won a free ticket for, then mail freetickets@thefragfactory.co.uk and you will be added to the attendance list dont forget to put down the date of the LAN you are coming to and the number of days you are coming for and the tournies you would like to enter. Note: You must send a mail to us to let us know you are attending the next LAN or you will not be added to the attendance list and your place will NOT be reserved.
